[Haarlem] I need your ideas for GNR8 live!

I am Annaïs, from Barcelona. I am doing my internship at GNR8. I am responsible, and the one to blame if something goes wrong, of GNR8 Live. I produce the international part of this program, which is going to be in English. I want to make some changes. I want it to be new, fresh, funny, interesting and interactive. For all these reasons I have been thinking about some ideas and I need you to criticize, admire or suggest.

First of all, the main presenters introducing and guiding the whole GNR8 Live, must have something special. They must have personality and a defined character to perform.

I would like to start with a few news items of the week. This news should be interesting and connected with media. Later, I want to go on talking about media, focusing on important networks and some original websites. In each program we will interview somebody, as done till now. The interview must be interesting, original and coherent with the content.

The international part will consist in a section called “How we see Dutch”, where Erasmus students, living in the Netherlands, can talk about what is more shocking of the Dutch culture or their way of life.

Feedback and interaction must be well considered in each section. We can receive some feedback during the show, from the audience or people posting on the GNR8 live Facebook website. But we also can talk about a pre-feedback on the streets, where people are going to be asked to tell us their opinion about some news of the week.

A simple mini-sitcom of around 3 minutes will be produced each week. The main character will be a young student who is finishing his career and is scared about his future. He is, like all of us, addicted to all the social networks and new technology.

Another refreshing section can be “Weird talents”. This is going to be short videos (of less than a minute), spread between different sections of the show. In these videos we are going to show the most unusual talents that people have. It can be a Youtube video or we can film some people we know with some kind of amazing gift.

I am thinking about a new GNR8 live; a dynamic show where our audience can have some fun while getting interesting knowledge. A GNR8 live show where young students can find themselves on it.
